Summer holidays, stitch markers & a cute little fox

Sharing is caring!

Normally, the 1st 2 weeks in July is a time when my family and I head off on holidays. We love travelling to Germany, Austria and France. This is a photo of me from 2 years ago (pre covid) ticking off my bucketlist dream of visiting Neuschwanstein Castle in Bavaria. I have wanted to visit here for a very long time. I am standing on the Marienbrücke and if you know me, you’ll know I don’t like heights, so this was literally stand here, take photo and get the hell off! That thing was terrifying, but I got my photo. So instead of exploring Europe’s treasures I am, well mostly making stitch markers!

If there is one thing that being in the world of crochet has taught me, it is just go with it. It is definitely a rollercoaster ride. Who ever would have thought that I had been planning Christmas in July. Well that’s exactly what is going on here at the moment. I am releasing a holidays Advent calendar filled with daily stitch markers, some luxury hand dyed mini skeins and other yarny goodness. I decided on 30 sets and I am delighted to say that more than half are already sold! If you are looking a gift just for you then why not condiser getting yourself one as a treat. When they are gone, they are gone.

Stitch markers have ended up as a by product of my crochet. I am forever loosing count and forgetting what hook size I used so making them seemed the perfect answer. Below is a collage of some of my most popular stitch markers. Click on the photo to be taken to the store.

One more thing before I go. I have released a little free fox keychain for you all. So if you have the time why not stop by and make one for yourself. Click on the image below to be brought to him. Thanks as always from stopping by and tell your friends 😉
