Willow

It is Willow launch day and I am delighted.

It turned out better than I could have hoped for. I wanted to created a very quick and easy hat that could work for children as well as adults and that could also be unisex. I think I have done it.

Made using double stranded chunky (Size 5) yarn this hat works up in under 2 hours (Large adult)

I used James C Brett Marble Chunky (available here) I also used a 6mm and an 8mm hook. I’ve recently been trying out the Knit Pro ones and I found them comfortable and easy to use (available here)

A suitable project for a confident beginner or for someone looking to make a modern trendy hat in a short space of time.

The pattern is available in both US and UK terms. It has also been tested by my wonderful group of pattern testers who I am very grateful for.
